We have opportunities available at Lake Boren Park on Saturday, September 8th where the festival is providing all booth vendors with a tent, table and chairs. All non-profits, food vendors and businesses are welcome to join in the festival! If you would like to have a booth location please submit the General Vendor Application along with your application fee.
Artists / Crafts / Business / Non-Profit
Newcastle Days needs artisans, craftsmen, retail businesses, service organizations, clubs, education providers, and public information groups! With over 2000 attendees per day, the festival provides booth vendors with a tent, table, chairs and a great location within the beautiful Lake Boren Park.
Due to the popularity of Newcastle Days and the limited number of booth spaces, competition is strong. Vendors will be selected to represent variety in all the categories outlined above. We encourage you to submit pictures, pricing, electrical needs, and links to your website, if applicable.
Food
It is the goal of Newcastle Events to provide our visitors with food options of quality & variety. Applicants are selected based upon reputation, menu, experience, and booth appearance. While past participation is considered, it does not guarantee acceptance.
Due to the popularity of our events and the limited number of food spaces, competition is strong. We encourage you to submit pictures, menu, pricing and references, as available.
